Let us pray for a greater outpouring of the Holy Spirit to lead us to humble repentance, deeper conversion and transformation.
Let us pray for an increase of Hope in our lives, overcoming temptations to despair.
Let us pray that God will teach us humility to be able to open our hearts fully to Him.
"Our best plan is to place ourselves in the Lord's presence, meditate oupon his mercy and grace and upon our own lowliness, and leave him to give us what he wills...He knows best what is good for us." --St. Teresa of Avila (in Magnificat, May 2010, p. 264)

Novena to the Holy Spirit
"Wait for the promise of the Father...you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you." Acts 1:5,6
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and enkindle in them the fire of your love. Send forth your Spirit, and they shall be created, and you shall renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray.
O, God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be truly wise and ever enjoy His consolations. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
